Robert Martino is essentially a self taught artist. He graduated from the High School of Industrial Arts in New York City (now called the High School of Art and Design). He began painting as a hobby in 1969. Later he attended courses at the Silver Mine Arts Center in Connecticut and the Ringling School of Art in Sarasota, Florida. Martino's medium is Acrylic on canvas.
